A young man from the Murad tribe was killed by security forces

A young man from the Murad tribe in Ma'rib Governorate was killed by security forces yesterday.
Witnesses told Newsyemen that the young man, Jabr al-Faqir, was killed in front of an exchange company, in the city center, by bullets from members of the army and security after arguments between the two parties during the handing over of a Saudi tip to the army. Which caused tension between Murad tribe and the local authority, where the families of the dead person demanded the handover of the killers.
In this context, the protection organization HOCO condemned what it described as extrajudicial killing, and the security authorities in Marib demanded a clear explanation for the killing of Jabr al-Faqir at the hands of security forces yesterday in Al-Husoun street of Marib.
It also called for a speedy referral of the case file with the accused to the judiciary.
The organization called on the security units of the security establishment to be careful in aiming their weapons at others unless the legal justifications were in accordance with the law.
