Sana'a, Newsyemen, Faris Jameel:

In anticipation of the announcement of any cases of coronavirus (Covid 19) in Yemen, Houthi leaders held both Saudi Arabia and America responsible for the spread of this virus in Yemen, and the walls of Sanaa still have the phrase of "cholera is an American gift" until this moment.

Since 2017, cholera has spread to Yemen, and a source working in the sewage project in Sanaa revealed that every time the epidemic spreads, its beginning and direct cause is for the Houthis to stop the sewage treatment plant in Al-Rawda, which leads to the mixing of sewage with irrigation water in farms in the Bani Al-Hareth region, which provides Sana'a and its surroundings with daily vegetables.

This is how the epidemic spreads, and organizations announce mobilization and fundraising and aid to counter the spread of cholera, but they never speak that the Houthis steal the diesel they provide to the station, and thus stops working, the epidemic spreads, and the Houthi employs the issue media, which is its direct cause, and with the complicity of the donor organizations for a treatment plant sewage, every pandemic kills the Yemenis or could kill them in the future that pleases the Houthi death group more than anything else, and unless that reason happens without their intervention they will create the causes themselves.

A few months ago, in conjunction with accusations from the United Nations organizations of the Houthis to steal humanitarian relief materials, and prevent its distribution to the poor Yemeni people, and during a meeting in this regard, a WFP official threatened the Houthi leaders that the program would stop its work in their areas, and simply a Houthi leader replied that day:  This will be in our interest, and if it happens, "we will prove to the world that you are behind the starvation of the Yemenis."

Recently, and in the same context, when international organizations operating in Yemen announced that they are reducing the amount of aid they provide to starving Yemenis due to the policies, corruption, and plundering of the Houthis more than any other reason, the Supreme Council for the Coordination of Humanitarian Aid, which was recently formed by the Houthis, announced to oversee the distribution of international aid, looting and restricting  The organizations that provide them, as shown by successive international reports, must refuse to reduce aid, as if they have a basic right to it, or that they pay for it from their own pocket, without shame.

The announcement of rejection achieved nothing but ridicule the group, which its media says is a way to pressure the Yemenis, sometimes, and sometimes it is a tool to starve them, to the point of accusing Muhammad Ali al-Houthi of the employees of these organizations of spying on Yemen, and this is why the Houthis resorted to promoting the presence of cases of coronavirus (Covid)  19) Among the UN staff, demanding that they be prevented from moving, claiming that these organizations refused to allow the Houthi authorities to examine the suspects.

International organizations in Sanaa said they examined their employees and did not prove any infection with the virus, but this is not the purpose of the Houthis to accuse, but extortion and pressure, to impose the silence of these organizations on its corruption and its restrictive practices of distributing aid to the direct beneficiaries.

With fears of the spread of the virus in Yemen by travelers coming from abroad, Houthi has used some government institutions such as the College of Education to deter as quarantine headquarters, without providing any protection tools, nor care and in a way that works directly to spread the virus extensively if there is an infected case between  Detained in those headquarters.

However, the Houthis took advantage of these decisions to blackmail travelers and smuggle them from quarries in exchange for money, and a traveler coming from Saudi Arabia said that he paid 400 Saudi riyals and left the quarry towards his village, and another paid 130,000 Yemeni riyals in exchange for allowing him and his son to leave, and so on, to the extent that the matter appeared on the surface is embarrassingly for the Houthi leaders, so I published a special number to report the presence of people who were smuggled, but this is just another trick to blackmail travelers after they reach their homes.

"Yemen is protected and clean, and the virus will not reach it," the employee in charge of answering the number assigned to report cases corona infection (Covid 19) told one of the callers, and told one of the callers who asked him about the appropriate behavior when discovering a case of infection: "Kill him, we swear to God, we cannot do anything for you.  ".

If Corona is covid 19, then Al Houthi is covid 21, the most dangerous and deadly among Yemenis today, tomorrow and all the time.
