The Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, recently presented what it called an "initiative" for a political solution to the crisis.
The initiative raised a lot of irony, especially since the Houthi militia leader presented himself as the sole representative for Yemen, and he wants the solution to be with the Arab coalition led by Saudi Arabia.
The Houthi initiative showed that he does not trust the rest and does not guarantee a popular base, as she did not talk about participation and forming a government, but rather about the coalition's demands for money.
The Houthi initiative ignored the main problem, which is the militia’s weapon that caused the war, while Houthi tried to reproduce Hezbollah’s experience of sharing power while maintaining weapons.
