Houthi militias kill an imam of a mosque in Atma Dhamar

As part of its continuing crimes against the Yemenis, the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, stormed a mosque in the Atma district of Dhamar Governorate and killed the imam of the mosque.
Local sources said that three Houthi crews stormed a mosque in the village of Mukad Al-Amhal “Hemiar” at Atma District, west of Dhamar, and killed the imam of the mosque, Shawqi Jaber Muhammad Rifaan, in front of the worshipers.
According to the sources, dozens of Houthi gunmen stormed the mosque at the time of the Friday prayer and randomly fired at the worshipers, until they reached the imam and preacher of the mosque and opened fire directly on his body inside the mosque, and then kidnapped his body, which was not dead yet, then they finished him on the way.
The sources added that after the liquidation of the Imam, the Houthi militants transported his body to the refrigerator of the Dhamar General Hospital and refused to hand it over, despite the intervention of some notables from the area.
The sources stated that the Houthi militia stormed the mosque and killed Imam Rifaan, due to his refusal to perform Tarawih prayers and distribute some food aid to poor families in the region, from donations he collected from merchants and philanthropists.
