Traders and importers, the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, have been blamed for the material losses suffered by some cargo locomotives following air strikes on Al-Suwadia camp in al-Bayda governorate in central Yemen.

The messages of the merchants revealed that the Houthi militia did not move to extinguish the fire that broke out in a number of transport locomotives, following the air raids on the camp, as well as the militia's selection of a military site to establish an illegal "customs".

In voice messages inside WhatsApp, traders confirmed that the militia was holding dozens of locomotives in the camp, part of which was used to collect illegal customs duties, and hindered the departure of shipments that had paid illegal fees.

One trader said: They are the cause of injustice (i.e. the Houthis). They're the ones who shave people. They are aggression over aggression."

Traders and importers collapsed for a meeting at the Al-Saleh Mosque in the capital Sanaa, which is controlled by the Iranian arm of the Houthi militia in Yemen, after trucks loaded with goods burned to the ground by air strikes on the Sudanese camp.
