Zakat" .. Houthi Zainabiyat weapon to loot money

A number of teams of Houthi women (Zainabiyat) have informed a number of businesswomen about the necessity of handing zakat duties on their property of gold, jewelry, money and real estate to private committees in what is called the "Zakat Authority".
A number of women spoke to "Newsyemen", that businesswomen and wives of businessmen received phone calls, some of whom were sudden visits from women who knew themselves to be in charge of the "Quranic Walk", the Iranian arm authorities in Yemen.
According to the women, the militia authorities have informed all those who have real estate, investment projects or holdings of gold and jewelery that they will be subject to legal accountability and measures that will be taken against them if they do not deliver the Zakat amounts imposed on them to the Houthi Zakat Authority committees.
The Houthi committees stressed to the women that they are not entitled to spend from the Zakat funds under any name of charity or assistance if they did this in previous years except through committees and people who will be assigned by the Houthi Zakat Authority.
The sources emphasized that the communications and visits to the target group of businesswomen and women who have investment projects, real estate and holdings of gold and jewelry included clear threats if they did not comply with the directions of the Zakat Authority under the control of the Houthi militias.
Umm Razan said that a number of Zainabiyat visited her house, and she and three friends told her that they are not authorized to finance and cover the costs of surgeries for those who are eligible and need to perform the operations and do not have the money.
She made it clear that the Zinbat al-Houthis told them that the Zakat and aid funds were handed over to the Quranic march and its authority, and they are better known than those who deserve it.
