(Al-Houthi militia) revealed on Tuesday, contacts between Iranian Assistant Foreign Minister Ali Asghar Khaji and Houthi spokesman Muhammad Abdul Salam, to discuss the situation in Yemen
According to Houthi media, the meeting discussed the issue of Yemen's unity, which was considered by observers as an attempt by Tehran to take advantage of the events taking place in Yemen to achieve its goals.
She noted that Abdul Salam and Khaji discussed peace efforts, which indicates that the militia presented to the Iranians the results of its contacts with the European Union ambassadors and the international efforts made to achieve arms to obtain permission from Tehran, with its approval or not, especially as the Houthi militia is run from Tehran and cannot take any decision with their consent, according to the Saudi newspaper "Okaz".
The Houthi media mentioned that the communication touched on the discussion of the health situation in light of the spread of the epidemic, which is an affirmation of the spread of the Corona epidemic in the militia-controlled areas, and its refusal to acknowledge the existence of cases despite the spread of video clips of the secret burial process.
