Once again, Al-Wadiaa border with Saudi Arabia has emerged, to the forefront of corruption in Yemen.
About 3,000 Yemenis are stationed in the notorious port, awaiting return to Yemen.
However, the corrupt personalities who control the land port made the price of Yemeni travelers' return to their homeland very costly.
The legal government imposes corona checks on those wishing to return, and holds 1,300 Saudi riyals for each examination per person.
Newsyemen is publishing on YouTube a motion graphics video that shows part of the tampering of legitimacy with the “Al-Wadiaa border crossing” and the financial blackmail it inflicts on Yemeni travelers in exchange for allowing them to return.
