Masked gunmen assassinated Nabil Al-Qaiti on Tuesday morning.
Al-Qaiti, who is the most famous war media in the South since the beginning of the southern resistance, its war against the Houthis in 2015, and covered all fronts fighting against Houthi and the Brotherhood in the south and the West Coast and in the war of liberation of Marib, and returned yesterday from the Shuqra Front, whose first war correspondent since its inception, and his smile and voice became a sign for the south's victories.
Witnesses said that a group of masked men killed him in front of his house, as they shot Al-Qaiti as he was leaving his house this morning in the Dar Saad area.
They added, Al-Qaiti was taken to the MSF hospital, but he died in the hospital.
The social networking sites were filled with pictures of Al-Qaiti and condolences.
The activists accused the Brotherhood and Al Qaeda alliance and the so-called presidential guard brigades of assassinating him in their burning war against Aden and the south in Shuqra.
