Destruction of Houthi weapons and equipment in Hodeidah

Strong and focused strikes by the joint forces in response to the sources of Houthi bombing and fire in southern Hodeidah resulted in human and material losses in rank of militia.
Field military sources indicated that the militias bombed eastern Al-Durahimi areas with heavy mortars and 23 mm caliber weapons intensively and at separate times.
The joint forces were able to locate the sources of the Houthi bombardment and targeted them with appropriate weapons and the militias inflicted heavy losses on lives and equipment.
The joint forces also stopped sources of fire fired by the Houthi militia that targeted residential villages and citizen farms in the town of Al-Jabalia by using medium automatic weapons and “Law” missiles.
The militias resumed for the second time Sunday evening, shelling with automatic weapons and shells at gatherings and neighborhoods in the city of Hays, the center of the district, and were targeting them during the day with medium machine guns.
Militias also resumed indiscriminate shelling of villages, residential neighborhoods, and farms in the city and district of Al-Tuhita and Al-Jabaliyah region.
A child was martyred and his brother was wounded, as a result of the explosion of the Houthi landmine in Al-Muteena in Al-Tuhita, while shepherding sheep.
During the past two days, the militias have planted new mines in the grazing areas south of Al-Tuhita and across the roads to Al-Mughars and Suwaiq, according to local sources.
