Two Houthi attacks in Al-Barah and Rasyan, western Taiz, were thwarted

On Tuesday 9 June 2020, the joint forces broke out two separate attacks carried out by the Houthi militia on the Al-Barah Triangle and Wadi Rasyan in western Taiz Governorate.
Dozens of militia members were killed and wounded during the clashes, according to field sources.
The sources stated that the Houthi militia carried out an attack on the joint forces ’sites in the Al-Barah Triangle in conjunction with another attack in the Rasyan Valley, west of Taiz Governorate.
The sources said that the joint forces responded to the attacks and responded to the attacking militias, forced the militias to retreat and break down, and left a number of dead and wounded among the Houthis, while destroying other military vehicles and equipment.
