Sanaa, Newsyemen, Ahmed Fouad:

While the Houthi leader appointed to the post of Minister of Health, Taha al-Mutawakkil, was preaching what he claims to be a prospective vaccine to treat corona patients, Dr. Ahmed Ismail Al-Moayad, the owner of Al-Moayad Hospital, located in the Al-Jaraf region, was taking his last breaths, affected by the symptoms of the Coronavirus.

Al-Muayad Hospital receives leadership figures and some war wounded from the Houthi group for treatment.

The death of the hospital director and owner due to Coronavirus is an indication of the spreading of the epidemic among the militia leaders and their close associates and provides an explanation for the Houthi militia's insistence on keeping quiet about the number of victims in order to preserve the morale of its elements on the fronts.

In addition to dozens of doctors and hospital staff who have followed Dr. Ahmed Ismail Al-Muayad in the hospitals of the capital, Sana'a, it can be observed that the pandemic is not only in the capital’s health sector workers but also in the neighboring regions and governorates. In this context, local sources confirmed the death of Dr. Muhammad Mathyour, director of Al-Manar Hospital in Sanaa Governorate, in early June, due to the symptoms of Coronavirus.

At the same time, a funeral and consolation ceremony was held on a very limited scale by Dr. Munir Al-Quaish, Director of Al-Sunaina Medical Complex, who died of the symptoms of the virus.

Police Department Director

In the Habra area, sources report the death of the appointed Houthi militia as director of the Habra Police Department, Lt. Col. Abdul-Malik Mansour al-Qarah, in late May.

The sources pointed to his assistance to a hospital in the capital before he died due to the symptoms of Corona.

In addition employees of the CAC Bank branch, Al-Zubayri Street, in the center of the capital, Sanaa, exchanged condolences for the death of the appointed Houthi militia as director of the branch there, Mufeed Ahmed Aqlan Al-Shami, who had symptoms of Coronavirus.

In the judiciary, local sources and close associates recount the death of Judge Muhammad Ahmad al-Shami, days after he suffered from the symptoms of the Coronavirus and he was treated at a private hospital in Sanaa.
