Aden, Newsyemen:

The Southern Transitional Council affirmed on Sunday evening that the national and national security of the Arab Republic of Egypt is an integral part of the security of the region.

In a statement to the official spokesman, Nizar Haitham, the council considered that the same threat that Egypt is facing today is part of the existing threats facing the region with the support of Turkey and Iran through its arms in the region and in particular the Muslim Brotherhood and the Houthi group and other terrorist militias throughout the Arab region.

While the statement stressed the transitional council's support for Egypt, he stressed its right to defend its borders and interests and the security of its people from all threats.

He pointed out that the transitional council is in a real war to face the same threats that are led by these groups funded by the same regional bodies that have long sponsored terrorism and extremism.

Haitham called on the international and regional community to play its role and responsibilities, through serious measures that contribute to combating terrorism, combating extremism, and confronting the countries that feed and finance it.

In the context, Brigadier Sadeq Dowaid, a spokesman for the Yemeni National Resistance, said: "When the conspiracy to break Egypt from Arabism failed from within, the conspirators resorted to external papers by trying to use terrorist groups in the Libyan file and escalating the problem of Al-Nahdha Dam."

Dowaid added, in a post on his Twitter account: "We trust that Egypt will overcome all conspiracies and challenges. May God preserve the land and its people, and its army from all harm."
