Eight members of the Houthi militia were killed on Wednesday, as a result of a failed infiltration attempt towards the liberated areas south of Hodeidah, west of Yemen.
According to the military media of the joint forces, the reconnaissance units detected 8 elements, including a sniper and a sniper assistant, from the remnants of the Houthi militia pockets the moment they infiltrated from the side of the Zabid line to palm groves near the seam lines east of Al-Jabaliah area of the district of Al-Tuhita, and soon they were dealt with.
It explained that the anti-snipers unit of the joint forces dealt with the Houthi sniper and killed him before he completed his stationing between the palms, and the other elements who tried to escape were also dealt with.
