The Director of the Sports Office in Hodeidah visits Hays to assess the possibility of rehabilitating its sports facilities

The Director General of the Youth and Sports Office in Al-Hodeidah Governorate, Captain Abdo Khamisi visited the city of Hays, to assess the extent of the damage to the Youth and Sports Building, stadiums and sports clubs, and to develop preliminary perceptions of its potential for rehabilitation.
The Director General of the Directorate, Mutahar Al-Qadi and Director of the Youth and Sports Bureau in Hays, Abduljabbar Bajel, provided a detailed explanation about the situation of clubs and infrastructure for the Youth Office in Hays and the destruction it suffered during the war of Houthi militias.
Khamisi promised to re-fence the stadiums in order to protect them from abuse, explaining that the governor of the province, Dr. Hassan Taher, will work to rebuild and build the Youth and Sports Office.
He stressed that the governor is following the situation in all liberated areas and is in his concern, noting that he is making efforts to re-normalize life in the liberated areas and restore infrastructure.
