The security belt, in cooperation with the leadership of Sheikh Othman Directorate, bulldozed and cleaned the Qat al-Hashimi market adjacent to Farza (Kraj) al-Hashimi.
This followed earlier attempts to clean and bulldoze qat market mattresses, but qat sellers are returning again, causing overcrowding and extensive dirt.
Hajj Jamal Abdul Qadir told Newsmen: "It is good to clean up the qat market and bulldoze the mattresses, which have offended Sheikh Osman's patronage, and he thanked the coordination between the director of Sheikh Osman's directorate and Commander Karam Al-Mashreqi, the leader of the belt in the sheikh osman area, the commander of sector 8.
The local authority in Sheikh Ba'aaal qat district has warned several times before that the qat market should be regulated and not tampered with in the process of buying and selling, as residents of the area are disturbed by the amount of chaos, dirt and waste of qat, unlike congestion.
The bulldozers cleaned Farza al-Hashimi Street after they had set up qat mattresses, which were causing an obstacle to the passage of cars and pedestrians.
