The first victims of "One-Fifth l-Houthi law" Hammoud Ali Qassem, from Hobeish Ibb

Hammoud Ali Qassem Musleh, the first victim of the one fifth law, a citizen from the village of Al-Jamal, Hobeish District, Ibb governorate, who has land that he works on as his parents and grandparents were.
Ali Hashem al-Shami is from Hobeish, too, but he does not own land.
Ali Hashim, before the Houthi gang came into existence and promoted racism, was working as a seller of vegetables and fruits on a cart in Hadhramaut Governorate.
After the Houthi gang appeared, he turned into a thug under the title (Sayed) who takes the right of people by force.
Last Friday, while Hammoud Musleh plowed his land with his bull and next to his wife and daughters, suddenly Ali Hashem and his son Abdulwahab assaulted him for nothing, except to fabricate a fake battle whose title is: taking one fifth of the land.
When the martyr refused to surrender his land and the land of his fathers, his punishment was being killed in cold blood.
This crime confirms that the dynasty continues to target them and terrorize , and abusing people's rights.
The killers have nothing to do with the victim, except that they want to enslave the people according to the law that the Houthi gang has legislated for itself.
