Military sources said that the intensity of the confrontations escalated during the past 48 hours between the joint southern forces and the Houthi militia, on the fronts north of the city of Dhalea, and that the militias incurred heavy losses in their ranks.

The sources talked about the death of more than 45 Houthis, including field leaders headed by Ali Muhammad Al-Zarqi, the official of operations for the Houthi militias in the Al-Dhalea front, in addition to a large number of wounded who were transported by militias to the provinces of Ibb and Dhamar.

Newsyemen obtained a video showing the dead bodies of large numbers of Houthi militias that were killed in failed attacks on fronts, including Shalil and Al-Oud, west of Dhalea.

The Houthi militias incurred heavy losses in military equipment, as various military equipment was destroyed and other vehicles were seized during specific operations and artillery bombing of the Southern Armed Forces on the locations of the Houthi militias.

The southern joint forces thwarted yesterday evening a large-scale attack by the Houthi militia on the Battar sector - Al-Saqiyah - the Masharih Front in the Axis of Hajar.

In the Al-Fakher axis, the Southern Joint Forces broke another attack on Othman hills, Al-Fakher and Habil Al-Kalb sector northwest of Al-Dhalea, and the militias were forced to retreat and flee.

Houthi militias have desperately carried out multiple attacks and infiltration attempts in more than northwest of the Al-Dhalea fronts, in an attempt to achieve any victory to cover their repeated defeats on the Al-Dhalea fronts, but they have not succeeded in achieving any breach and their attacks end with more losses in their ranks.

The Houthi militias have sent with significant human reinforcements from the governorate of Ibb, especially from the Al-Qafar region during the past three days, and recruited many people from the areas under their control and forced them to fight at gunpoint, most of them children under the age of 15 years.
