Al-Jaddi discusses issues of the low level of pensioners' salaries

The Assistant Secretary General of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Mr. Fadl Muhammad Al-Jaadi, met on Tuesday at the headquarters of the General Secretariat in the capital, Aden, with representatives of the General Assembly of Southern Civil Retired Persons.
The meeting discussed a number of issues related to the status of retirees, foremost of which is the low level of pensioners ’salaries, and appropriate solutions to settle their salaries and health insurance similar to the rest of the retirees, according to a memo they submitted to the Assistant Secretary-General.
Al-Jaddi stressed his understanding of their legal demands and their legitimate right to settle their salaries, stressing the importance of finding appropriate solutions to these demands with the competent authorities.
He also affirmed the position of the Southern Transitional Council with the legitimate demands of all southern civilian and military retirees who rendered great services to the southern homeland.
