Aden, Newsyemen, Exclusive:

The specter of extinction threatens the old city of Sana'a, which is listed on the World Heritage List, by the United Nations Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (UNESCO) within 20 years.

During the past two weeks, more than 111 archaeological houses collapsed completely and partially in Old Sana'a, due to the heavy rains and negligence in recent years, and the rain caused cracks in most of the mud buildings in the city that were built thousands of years ago.

For nearly two weeks, Yemen has witnessed an air depression with more precipitation compared to every year, which left hundreds of victims and caused great damage to homes and camps for the displaced, especially in the governorates of Hodeidah, Raymah, Sanaa and Marib.

The rains this year were tragic in view of what they left on the people and property, as the torrents inundated several neighborhoods in Sana'a and displaced the people, and the torrent caused great damage to the infrastructure.

The "Newsyemen" channel, on YouTube, publishes a motion graphic video, showing the indicators of the danger of extinction that threatens the old city of Sana'a, within 20 years if there is no treatment.
