A lawyer submits reports to the judiciary of extrajudicial killings in Taiz

Lawyer Omar Al-Himiari submitted an open communication to the judicial authority and the Public Prosecutor regarding extrajudicial killings and field executions in Al-Jabziyyah area, Al-Hujariah governorate, Taiz governorate, whose victims are civilians.
In his statement, which he published on his Facebook page, the lawyer said: “Reports about extrajudicial killings and field executions in Al-Jabzia area whose victims are civilians, and they are:
1- Aseel Al-Jabzi - Medical College student and son of Colonel Abd alhakim al-Jabzi, Commander of Operations of the 35th Brigade (report about his exposure to kidnapping _ field execution _ mocking of his corpse or pre-empting torture)
2- Mahfoudh Al-Saadi _ educator [report about being subjected to an extrajudicial killing].
He added, "Because of the connection of these crimes with security incidents in Nashma and the attempt to justify crimes and waste the blood of the victims in light of the military-political conflict, we hope that the judges in the Mawasit and Al-Maafer Prosecution Office will initiate the investigation into the crimes, uncover their circumstances and supervise the procedures for gathering evidence that the police undertake due to the gravity of the crimes and their effects and in order to ensure the safety of Measures".
Al-Himiari attached his report with pictures of the two victims, coupled with an apology for publishing them due to the heinousness of the crime.
