Aden, Newsyemen, Exclusive:

Journalists and activists denounced the Brotherhood’s 17th Brigade’s killing of citizen Muhammad Ali Mahdi.

Sources stated that Muhammad Mahdi had been displaced three years ago when the fighting intensified in the Al-Baarara area, in which he and his brother had two homes, where he left them and returned after the resistance took control of the place, but the individuals who occupied his house refused to hand him the house on the pretext that the area had contact with the Houthis while most of the residents have returned to their homes in the same area, to go about their lives normally.

The sources confirmed that the victim rented a house in front of his two houses that are occupied by the Brotherhood groups affiliated with the brigade leaders Abdo Hammoud al-Saghir and Rami al-Khalidi in the city of al-Nour, in order for him to see two houses in front of him.

Muhammad went out safely yesterday to buy yogurt for his daughter from the grocery store next to his home, while two armed men from the same house got out and shot him, then they prevent the people of the neighborhood from giving him first aid at gunpoint until he died, according to eyewitnesses.

 Killer leaders

Activist Jazem Ghanem Salem said: "Read this, O leaders of Taiz, the killers.

Muhammad died while his eyes were seeing his stolen rights that he could not see from those who plundered his right and his soul, then asked: For how long will our blood be cheap in your view to do to us as the Houthi militia does?"

They left them and were not arrested

Caricature Rashad Al-Sama’i wrote on his page saying: “I wrote a leaflet in solidarity with Muhammad nearly six months ago, complaining about leaders in the resistance who refused to leave two houses he owned in Taiz. He demanded them after his return from displacement, claiming that they are located in the area of the line of fire, despite the presence of many of the residents there, forcing him to rent a small house near his houses in the same area. "

Al-Sama’i added, "Yesterday we were surprised by the killing of Muhammad in the same square, and there are suspects in the case, and so far they have not been arrested."

 Armed men are numbered

In addition, Professor Abdulqadir Al-Junaid said, "Muhammad has two houses in Taiz that were robbed by numbered gunmen," he meant that they are official personnel with numbers in the Taiz Army affiliated with the legitimacy.

 Authority without responsibility

For her part, activist Shafiqa Ali Ahmed commented on the crime, saying: “Those who govern Taiz do not see the seizure of citizens’ homes as a shame, and do not see that it is their duty to vacate citizens ’property unconditionally.

Rather, they leave citizens floundering in search of those who are fair to them and restore their looted rights to them.”

It is noteworthy that the city of Taiz is witnessing overwhelming chaos and the occupation of homes and villas for citizens and businessmen by individuals and officers affiliated with the Legitimacy Army, which is run by the Taiz brothers in the 20th Brigade, 22nd Brigade and 17th Brigade since the Houthis were removed from the city years ago, and hundreds of cases were monitored. Individuals not surrendering homes to their owners, except in rare cases whose cases have turned into public opinion, such as the homes of Hayel Saeed’s children and some businessmen.
