The Islah Party, the local branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, launched its war on the Hujaria in the southern countryside of Taiz, with the aim of eliminating the conference.
On the other hand, they are instigating the invasion of the (liberated) coastal city of Mocha to liquidate the General People's Congress.
The Brotherhood practiced various types of violations against those affiliated with the General People's Congress Party in Taiz, including kidnapping and enforced disappearance.
In light of the Brotherhood’s practices, the leadership of the conference that was affiliated with the legitimacy remained silent.
Newsyemen channel, on YouTube, publishes a motion graphic video, showing the Brotherhood’s war against the General People's Congress Party, relying on supporting legitimacy, including preventing the party from holding an event on its anniversary in Taiz.
