IOM: 1,250 Yemeni families were displaced in August

The United Nations announced the displacement of 1,250 Yemeni families this August.
The International Organization for Migration of the United Nations said, in a tweet on Twitter, that these families were displaced by the conflict and natural hazards, in addition to the repercussions of the Coronavirus.
Several weeks ago, the battles between the National Army and the Houthi militia intensified on several fronts, most notably the Marib Governorate, while the torrents that struck Yemen during the last four weeks resulted in the death of 147 people, most of them in the areas under the control of the Houthi militia.
