Abyan, the South forces thwart attempts to create defensive sites for terrorist groups led by Al-Zamaki

On the Abyan front, the southern armed forces monitored suspicious movements of groups of al-Qaeda and ISIS operatives in Abyan governorate.
The official spokesman of the Abyan Front stated, on Friday evening, that the southern forces had successfully dealt with groups from Al-Qaeda and ISIS that were spotted in Abyan coming from the Ma'rib and Al-Bayda governorate.
He emphasized, that the information indicated that the terrorist Louay Al-Zamaki leads these groups that tried to create defensive sites using the bulldozer mechanism.
The Abyan front witnessed violent clashes and battles between the Brotherhood militia and the southern armed forces, in light of the Brotherhood's attacks and repeated violations of the ceasefire, Friday evening.
Al-Naqeeb said that coordination between the Brotherhood militia and its Houthi sister-in-law is at its highest levels, and he explained that, during the past weeks, the South has responded to a number of Houthi and Brotherhood attacks that start at one time.
