A child and a woman were killed by Houthi shells in Mawia district, south of Taiz

A child and a woman were killed by artillery shelling of the Houthi militia, Iran's arm, in Yemen, this morning, Sunday, in the outskirts of Mawia district, south of Taiz Governorate, in the center of the country.

Local sources told (NewsYemen), that the Houthi militia bombed, on Sunday morning, the isolation of Hawamra, south of the Mawiyah district of Lahj governorate.

The sources indicated that the bombing of the Houthi militia led to the killing of the girl Maysoon and Heib Muhammad Al-Azibi, aged 8, and Asia Muhammad Saleh Ali Al-Shajri, 55, on Sunday morning, in the village of Al-Marqab, the isolation of Hawamra.

This is not the first incident of its kind, as many villages in the isolation of Hawamra, which are adjacent to the Al-Musaimir District, Lahj Governorate, have been subjected to artillery shelling by the Houthi militia, and many civilians, including women and children, have been killed during the last period.
