Sanaa, NewsYemen:

The Arab coalition fighters launched a series of air strikes early Sunday morning on military sites of the Houthi militia on the outskirts of the capital, Sanaa.

The Arab coalition fighters bombed the maintenance camp controlled by the Houthi militia with two successive raids, and according to local sources and eyewitnesses, 5 violent explosions were heard in the vicinity of Sanaa International Airport and the Dailami base north of Sana'a.

Three similar explosions rocked south of Sanaa throughout the city, and coalition fighters targeted Al-Sama camp, east of Sanaa, with 4 similar strikes.

Earlier in the morning of Saturday, September 12th, the Arab coalition forces launched a series of air strikes on Houthi militia targets in the capital, Sana'a.

Military sources stated that the coalition aircraft launched 9 raids on Houthi sites in the east, north and south of the capital.

The Yemeni army spokesman, Waddah al-Dabish, said that the coalition fighters launched 9 air strikes on the Military Engineering Department camp in Sanaa and the headquarters of the National Security Agency, and that the bombing targeted a meeting of the high-ranking leaders of the Houthi group in the camp, according to what was quoted by Reuters news agency.

These raids come in the wake of the Arab coalition forces' destruction of a number of ballistic missiles and a drone launched by the Houthi militia towards the Kingdom to target civilians and civilian objects in a systematic and deliberate manner.

Colonel Turki Al-Maliki, spokesman for the Arab Coalition, stressed that the leadership of the Arab coalition forces take all necessary measures to protect civilians and civilian objects, and the necessary operational measures to stop these terrorist acts.
