Sanaa, NewsYemen:

The Houthi militia has arrested dozens of people in connection with participating in a march in solidarity with the young martyr Abdullah Al-Aghbary, in the case that has become a public opinion and caused widespread societal shock in Sanaa and the governorates of the Republic.

The Houthi militia raided print and propaganda shops and confiscated banners in solidarity with the Al-Aghbary family.

The activist in the ranks of the group, Usama Sari, confirmed the arrest of those who said they were "linked to the aggression. They were practicing incitement and implementing a scheme to stir up chaos under the pretext of demonstrating in solidarity with Al-Agbary."

He confirmed the raid on a number of offset stores, printers and calligraphers, and the confiscation of banners which he described as inciting. He said, "These elements have printed them in the tens of millions in preparation for demonstrations in the capital, Sana'a."

Sari accused the demonstrators of trying to implement an agenda to create chaos, storming parliamentary and judicial government buildings and blocking roads in a number of the capital's streets.

The case of the killing of Al-Aghbary sparked outrage, as hundreds of Yemenis protested to demand the implementation of Qisas against the killers, confirming their refusal to mediate some tribal leaders, from which some of those accused of killing and torturing the young Aghbary descended.

The details of the case date back to the end of last August, when Abdullah Qaid Al-Aghbary, a young man from the Haifan district in Taiz governorate, was killed in the capital, Sana'a, by 5 people, including the owner of the shop in which he was working, after being brutally tortured for 6 hours.

The crime caused a wide societal shock to the population in Sana'a, which witnessed solidarity rallies demanding just retribution.
