Aden, NewsYemen, Exclusive:

Activists on social media supported the decisions and changes of the governor of the capital, Aden, on Saturday evening, overcoming the state of frustration that it had experienced due to the delay in implementing the Riyadh Agreement, the stumbling of services and the lack of vision of the fate of all of that.

The capital, Aden, received with positive satisfaction the comprehensive changes for all the directors of the eight directorates in the governorate, and the general director of the Water Corporation and Waiting for Electricity and other service institutions that have been stumbling in Aden since its liberation from the Houthi militias in 2016, with the absolute support of the Arab coalition.

And for its sake, the Riyadh Agreement, which recognized the Transitional Council, represented the state in the south, considering its absolute popularity and its being an institution that sided with the southern option and its capital, Aden, and fought in defense of that.

The leadership of the support and attribution forces, represented by Brigadier Mohsen Al-Wali, blessed the governor’s decisions to appoint new directors to all directorates of the capital.

The leadership affirmed that the governor’s decisions came at a time in Aden, in dire need of new cadres capable of changing for the better to improve the condition of the citizen who lost hope in everything around them.

The support and attribution brigade said that the appointments are entirely in the interest of Aden calling on everyone to cooperate with the governor in order to serve the public interest, serve the citizens and restore consideration for the city of Aden, which has long suffered from the ravages of deprivation and marginalization.

Iyad Qassem, Head of the "24South" Center, said: The efforts and steps of the governor of the capital, Aden, Lamlas, must be supported and stood by, as it would lift Aden out of its miserable reality and initiate immediate reform and change measures, remove hotbeds of corruption and immediately provide basic services to citizens, and comprehensively respond to the aspirations of citizens.

Ahed Al-Dibani tweeted: A strong storm that has not been witnessed in Aden before, changing all the directors of Aden directorates and the director of the Water and Sanitation Corporation at the same time.

Al-Dibani wished all the directors, employees and all the people of Aden to support the Governor of Aden, Mr. Ahmed Lamlas, to dry up the sources of corruption and to lift Aden from its miserable and tragic situation and return to its status.

In the context, Muhammad Habtoor said, Adeni's street support for the governor’s decisions proved that the people are passionate and expecting a strong and bold leadership that sweeps away all deposits and accumulations of corruption and failure, a push and an invitation for every leader or official who wants to change but is afraid of reactions!

The Director of the Investment Department at the Land Office, Ihab Issa, commented that the wheel of change has begun to run, with relief and a great popular welcome for the new changes.

Lamlas urged the people of Aden to ring the bells of hope, and said: "A strong believer is better and dearer to God than a weak believer."

He added, ring the bells of hope and extend your hands to work hard and support development and construction in our beloved capital, Aden.

He concluded his post, "Be confident that we will continue to serve Aden and address all manifestations of chaos and lawbreaking."
