According to the minister, who spoke to a news reporter in the city of Seiyun today, the central laboratories that are currently working in are in the governorate of Aden, the city of Mukalla, and Seiyun in the Hadhramaut governorate, and the governorate of Taiz, but he confirmed that the new centers will include the governorates of Shabwa and Marib and the Al-Wadiah outlet in Hadhramaut and al-Ghaydah in al-Mahra governorate, to reduce Pressure on central laboratories and relief for travelers.

The minister added, "These examinations were not available for forty years except in the governorates of Sana'a, Aden, Taiz and Hadhramaut in Mukalla."


He said, "We have a lot of pressure in swabs and solutions." According to him, "the amount charged to expatriates and travelers is symbolic compared to other countries," affirming that "powers are given to all laboratories to purchase solutions and swabs with the money they store."


Aden and Seiyun witnessed great congestion for travelers, especially to Saudi Arabia, after the reopening of their ports this week, and the security points between Aden, Hadhramaut and Shabwa tightened the procedures for fear of fighters loyal to the Brotherhood in the northern governorates escaping to Shuqra and Shabwa, with the implementation of the Riyadh agreement stalled and fears escalating the war again, in the absence of any security coordination regarding the movement of travelers.


In Seiyun, the first military region in Hadhramaut was forced to fire bullets from time to time to disperse the gatherings of travelers who were crowded at the Martyr Jawas Stadium in Seiyun, in an attempt to impose distances between the examiners.
