Mocha, NewsYemen, Exclusive:

At least one person was killed in clashes on Sunday night, which arose after a dispute between two groups regarding the right of each to collect illegal taxes north of Mocha.

A Newsyemen correspondent reported that the clashes erupted in an area separating the two rural areas of Al-Jumaa from Najiba, after a group of armed men set up a collection point near the security square of Nabil Murad, a leader of the popular resistance in Najiba.

He added that the dispute over the right of each of them to collect levies from trucks transporting oil derivatives developed into armed clashes.

He explained that the clashes resulted in the death of a militant named Ibrahim Zaarou, and that security tension prevails in the area.

Most of the security points that were created during the battles with the Houthi militia have turned into illegal collection points for drivers of transporting goods and oil derivatives in many liberated cities.
