The former Aden security director, Major General, Shalal Ali Shaye, arrived in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, on Saturday evening, according to an official invitation, according to southern sources.
After his arrival, Major General Shalal met the head of the Southern Transitional Council, Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, and the current director of security, Major General Muhammad Al-Hamidi.
Southern activists circulated pictures of Major General Shalal with Major General Al-Hamdi, in their first meeting since the decision to appoint Hamdi, considering this meeting a message and an affirmation of the cohesion of the southerners and the support of Major General Shalal for his successor Al-Hamidi.
