Abdullah Al-Sulaymani was killed while accompanying the director of Al-Mocha Directorate in clashes, due to personal altercations between escorts at the gate of the field hospital in the city of Mocha.
The bullets hit a number of the cars of the people at the time of the accident, including the car of Director General Abdulrahim Al-Fateeh, who survived the accident.
And Abdullah Al-Sulaymani was the General of a battalion in the Support Brigade, whose members joined the Republic's Guard, and he was preparing to join the brigade in the Durhaimi District tomorrow.
According to NewsYemen's sources, the general director was conducting a periodic checkup at the hospital when verbal altercations between those at the hospital’s gate, including his escorts, military police and other armed men, led to an exchange of fire, killing Fateeh’s bodyguard and wounding another.
The Mocha security cordoned off the place, and directives were issued by the National Resistance Command to assign the Commander of the Coastal Security Sector, Brigadier General Mujahid Al-Hazura, and Colonel Adel Al-Khabaji, Acting Director of Security for the Southwestern Region, Commander of Central Security, to investigate the incident and arrest all those involved in it, considering all parties are "sons of the national resistance." And condolences to the director of the directorate, Abdulrahim Al-Fateeh, and to check on his health and safety.
