Dozens of Houthi fighters were killed and wounded during a new suicide attack targeting the city of Tuhaita, south of Hodeidah governorate, on Tuesday, according to military sources.
The sources said that 12 members of the Houthi militia were killed and dozens of others were injured during fierce confrontations that the joint forces fought with the Iranian arm in the eastern side of the city center of Tuhaita.
The battles took place with medium and heavy weapons, as Iran's arm relied on heavy firepower to advance towards the joint sites, which responded violently and destroyed a number of Houthi mechanisms and forced the militia groups to flee.
In recent days, the Houthi militia expanded its offensive operations targeting Al-Duraihimi, Hays, Al Jabaliya and inside the city of Hodeidah.
