The Human Rights Office in Al-Hodeidah Governorate and district leaders of Al-Duraihimi District condemned the practices of the Iranian arm against civilians, listing the violations that included killing women and children, displacing families and preventing others from leaving the confrontation areas.

A statement in the name of district leaders of Al-Duraihimi said, "The cowardly acts carried out by the Houthi group of bombing residential and safe neighborhoods and targeting defenseless civilians result in innocent civilian casualties and the destruction of private property."

Stressing that Al-Houthi is pursuing with his fire the displaced into "the liberated areas, which are considered to be a haven for the displaced and fleeing from the suppression of his militia."

For her part, the Director General of the Human Rights Office in Al Hodeidah Governorate, “Fathia Al-Maamari,” called on the international community, United Nations organizations and the UN envoy to Yemen “to condemn the Houthi coup militias’ violations of the Stockholm Agreement and the violations they commit in the regions and villages of the districts of al-Durahimi, al-Tuhaita, Hays, al-Rabsa and Kilo 16 of the Hodeidah governorate. ”

Criticizing, in a communiqué, "the failure of the United Nations and its special envoy to Yemen and the countries sponsoring the Stockholm Agreement for the continuous daily violations committed by the militias against the people of the governorate and its directorates," describing them as "shameful practices against civilians."

According to the office that monitors Houthi violations, “the Houthi militia is committing a series of heinous crimes against civilians on a daily basis in villages and directorates of the West Coast through indiscriminate and deliberate bombing of residential neighborhoods and homes of citizens, direct targeting of civilians, and the continuous sniping actions from their sites and planting mines in the roads and farms of citizens.  

In addition to the bombing of facilities, infrastructure, and factories, burning and destroying their contents.

The office said that it documented, through its office in the Al-Durahimi district, “which is run by Ahmed Balaos Ateeq,” Houthi crimes against civilian victims who were martyred in the recent Houthi war “since the Houthi militias violated the Sweden agreement and launched their fierce attacks on the joint forces' sites in an attempt to control the liberated areas of the directorate. ”

Balaos Ateeq recorded the victims of the militia’s indiscriminate and hysterical attack on the villages of Al-Haet and Al-Qaza, namely:


 ⁃ Bodour Omar Saghir Odaini, 25, from the village of Al-Haet

 ⁃ Latifa Ahmed Saghir Hindi, 20 years old, from Al-Haet village

 ⁃ Aisha Ibrahim Heba, 60 years old, from the village of Al-Haet

 ⁃ Ali Hassan Omar Qushari, 50, from the village of Al-Qaza, shot by a Houthi sniper 

 ⁃ Ali Akimi, 50, a Houthi sniper

 ⁃ Yahya Saghir Dahfi, nicknamed Hariya, was deliberately killed by a Houthi recruiter


The statement said, "The militias did not just commit these massacres that they committed, but rather prevented the people of the village of Al-Heat from leaving their homes, and houses and trees have been taken as places for their snipers and targeting civilians who are trying to leave these areas to the liberated areas."
