A civilian was killed and another was wounded by artillery shelling by the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, targeting the Salh neighborhood, east of Taiz.
Local sources told Newsyemen that the young Awad Nasser Abdullah Saleh, aged 28, was killed and his brother, Ayoub, was wounded by a shell by the Houthi militia that fell on their home in the Salh neighborhood, east of the city.
The Houthi militia intensified its bombardment of residential neighborhoods, killing and wounding civilians and damaging many homes.
