The UAE Red Crescent provides food aid to 350 displaced families in Al Waara camp in Al Khokha

The Emirates Red Crescent has provided food aid to the displaced in Al Waara camp in the coastal district of Al Khokha, which includes 350 displaced families.
The Crescent and the local authority distributed 20 tons of food as part of the continuous monthly support from the Emirates Red Crescent Authority for the displaced.
The delegate of the Red Crescent said that the support comes within a series of continuous humanitarian aid that the UAE provides to the people of the West Coast in various service and relief fields.
He added that the Crescent has provided monthly aid to 1,800 displaced families in more than one camp in Hodeidah for four years, under the direct supervision of the local authority in Hodeidah governorate.
The UAE Red Crescent established Al-Waara camp four years ago under the supervision of the local authority and provided the displaced with tents, shelter materials and food baskets.
