Journalist: Hadi's reluctance to present his candidates impedes the formation of the government

Journalist Salah bin Lughbar said that the reason for delaying the formation of the new government, according to the Riyadh Agreement, is due to the delay of the interim President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi.
In a tweet on his Twitter account, Ibn Lughbar explained that Hadi is delaying the submitting the names of his four candidates.
He added that Abdullah Al-Alimi, Hadi's office manager, argued that Hadi was severely depressed and could not meet anyone.
"Ibn Lughbar" concluded by saying: "All parties have completed their lists and are waiting for the depressed," according to what he said.
