Al-Houthi buries the assassination of Hassan Zaid before his body

The Houthi militia - the Iranian arm in Yemen - announced on Wednesday that it revealed the identity of the perpetrators of the assassination of the Minister of Youth and Sports in its unrecognized government, Hassan Zaid, who was killed on Tuesday in Sana'a, but it did not disclose their data.
The militia claimed that one of the accused was killed in the operation, during an exchange of fire, while another was arrested, without revealing their identities, which was considered by observers as a quick attempt to bury the case of the assassination of "Zaid".
A spokesman for the Houthi Interior Ministry said, "The security services, in cooperation with the security and intelligence services, managed to reach the perpetrators of the assassination of the Minister of Youth and Sports, Hassan Muhammad Zaid."
He added, "One of the assassins was arrested after he was injured, while the other was killed during their resistance to the security men."
While Al-Masirah Al-Houthi TV said, "The perpetrators tried to escape and leave Dhamar Governorate," but it did not announce any of the defendants' names.
Many of the pioneers of social media platforms have accused the Houthi movement of being behind the assassination of Hassan Zaid.
They indicated that the operation comes within the wave of assassinations within the Houthi group, especially as it took place at a time when Sana'a is witnessing tight security measures and a large proliferation of militants in conjunction with the militia's celebration of the anniversary of the Prophet's birthday.
