Two unknown gunmen assassinated, last night, the war passengers of one of the battalions in the Second Tihama Brigade in the city of Al-Khokha in mysterious circumstances.
A Newsyemen correspondent said that Nageeb Bas was shot in the head in front of his house in Khokha, and died immediately after that.
He added that the two perpetrators of the crime, who were riding on a motorcycle, fled the scene of the crime immediately after its execution.
The leadership of the Second Brigade, Tihama, expressed its condemnation of this treacherous operation, which targeted one of the most prominent field leaders established for field work in the Tuhami Resistance.
It called on the security forces to track down the criminals, conduct a thorough investigation into the motives of the crime and those behind it, and bring the perpetrators to justice.
It expressed its regret at the loss of one of the bravest fighters, and expressed its condolences to the family of the deceased.
