A brotherhood preacher issued a new fatwa permitting the killing of Shabwani Elite soldiers, from one of the pulpits of the Ataq mosques, the administrative center of Shabwa oil province.
Local residents told a NewsYemen correspondent that the preacher of the Ansar Mosque in the provincial capital Ataq called for the killing of members of the Shabwani elite and all those who support the secession of the south.
The Brotherhood's preacher launched a violent incitement attack against the elite forces and advocates for secession, during a lecture he gave between the sunset and evening prayers, on Sunday, according to the sources.
For his part, a number of new recruits in Marra camp, which is affiliated with the Islah militia, said that the Moral Guidance Department held similar inciting lectures.
The moral guidance, according to the sources, allocated less than five minutes to what he described as "allegations" about the advancement of the Houthi militia in the Ma'rib front, while the rest of the lecture was continued by inciting members of the Shabwani elite and members of the Southern Transitional Council.
