Security sources said that Jabal Habashi Police Director Tariq Al-Berkani, Sheikh Abdul Jalil Al-Esayi prison, the sane of Wadi Maksab region, is in an isolation cell at the police department in the directorate.
The sources added that Al-Barkani was imprisoned in Al-Eisaei against the backdrop of the monthly report in which Al-Aqil Al-Essayi criticized the actions and practices of the new director appointed by the Muslim Brotherhood.
Sheikh Al-Eisaei announced the hunger strike inside the cell in protest against the conduct of the police director, and called on all parties and social figures to stop this unacceptable abuse that is practiced against him.
