Local sources said, on Wednesday, that five children were wounded, the majority of them seriously, in an artillery attack by the Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, targeting a residential neighborhood in the city of Taiz.
According to the sources, the elements of Iran's fortified arm in Sofitel and Al-Sallal bombed with mortars, the Jameh Al-Khair neighborhood, east of Taiz.
A mortar shell fell next to a gathering of children, in which five children were injured, three of them in critical condition and they have been treated in intensive care in hospitals in the city, which has been under siege for 5 years.
