The civil alliance succeeds in reopening the Qataba-Al-Fakher -Ibb road to travelers

The head of the Coordination Committee of the Civil Alliance for Peace and National Reconciliation, Dr. Hammoud Al-Oudi, announced on Saturday the success of his efforts to reopen the l Qataba-Al-Fakher-Ibb road to citizens and the commercial movement between Aden, Sanaa and the whole country.

In a statement posted on his Facebook page, Dr. Al-Oudi said, "With relentless and kind efforts, the Civil Alliance for Peace and National Reconciliation has sought for it, and with the cooperation of all parties, the Qataba Al-Fakher - Ibb road was opened today for commercial traffic between Aden, Sanaa and the whole country."

"It is scheduled to start movement on this road from Sunday morning, November 8," he added.

Dr. Al-Oudi confirmed that this road will be opened to open the Damt-Al-Dhalea road and all roads.

Earlier, the leadership of the Civil Alliance discussed with the governor of Al-Dhalea, Major General Ali Muqbel Saleh, the means and possibility of opening the (Al-Dhalea-Damt) and (Qataba-Al-Fakher) road, and the governor expressed his full willingness to open the two roads as an economic and living issue related to people's lives.

In the context, the Coordination Committee of the Civil Alliance for Peace and National Reconciliation discussed with the Deputy Governor of Abyan, Mahdi Al-Hamid, arrangements to open the Lauder Mukairas road through round about of Thurra.

Dr. Al-Oudi revealed, in a previous statement, that everyone is in the legitimate government, the Transitional Council and local authorities; He shows positive and responsible interaction in the direction of resolving public issues of a political and service nature, such as opening cut-off roads to connect the homeland, and speeding up the procedures for disbursing pensions of retirees, the judiciary, educators, university professors and employees of the units of the state's administrative apparatus, understanding the need to neutralize public services and rights from the ongoing conflict.
