9 wounded as a shell fell on the Souq Al-Ashbat neighborhood, Taiz

A medical source in Taiz said that 9 civilians, including children, were wounded in the Houthi militia's bombing of the Al-Ashbat market neighborhood in the Sala district east of the city.
According to the source, the wounded were taken to Al-Thawra Hospital for treatment, describing the wounds of some of them as serious.
The Houthi militia and the army forces exchanged artillery shelling on the northern and eastern fronts of Taiz.
A NewsYemen correspondent monitored an exchange of artillery shelling between the two parties, as the Houthi militia launched shelling on the sites of Jabal Jarrah, Al-Akhwa and Asifra, and shells fell on the neighborhoods of Al-Thawrah, Al-Shammasi, Al-Tawhid and Al-Ashtat neighborhood.
Army artillery responded in Tabab al-Akhwa and Jabal Jarrah on militia positions in Tabab al-Sallal and Sofitel.
