Military sit-in for "NewSemen": government formation, salaries, or escalation

Brigadier General Mihdhar Muhammad al-Saadi, deputy head of the preparatory committee for the southern military and security sit-in and director of the political department in the Southern Resistance Council, revealed; About the most prominent steps of the expected escalation after the legitimacy disavows its agreement regarding salaries.

Al-Saadi said, in a special statement to "NewsYemen", that the procrastination in the protesters' human rights issues will force them to escalate in important financial and sovereign sites, which will make everyone, including the Arab coalition, in an embarrassing position if their case and demands that they raised more than 130 days ago are not resolved.

Al-Saadi expressed, in his statement, his regret that the government wished them with the salary for the month of June only, and said: “There are 6 months of arrears,” noting that “the sit-in was suspended after an agreement on the payment of two months’s salary every month, until all the arrears are paid .”  

The continued activity of the port of Aden in exchange for an agreement to transfer its revenues to a trust account in the Central Bank supervised by the Finance Office and a specialized committee of the sit-in leadership.

He said, "But they procrastinated and tried to embarrass the governor, Ahmed Lamlas, after the deputy director of the Central Bank secretly left outside the country and there was no one to act on him."

Al-Saadi stated that the protesters will not accept only one month's salary, calling for the acceleration of the formation of the interim government agreed upon in Riyadh to solve matters quickly and effectively, unless the government, the coalition, the international community and representatives of the United Nations take responsibility for any upcoming developments.
