Mahfoudh Abdullah says, since he was a child, he always wished to be a manager of a commercial company, but the futile Houthi war turned him into a displaced and unemployed.

The Houthi war forced the 30-year-old man to flee Sanaa and take refuge in Mocha, due to many considerations, one of which was getting a job in a humanitarian organization.

He told NewsYemen that he didn’t give up on his childhood dream, so he worked hard in his university studies until he obtained a master's degree in management sciences, and he also strengthened his abilities by studying the English language in order to facilitate the realization of that dream.

He adds with sorrow, when I completed my university education, the Houthi militia began to overrun the cities and that was like a smash of everything I was looking forward to.

Not only that, but his living conditions worsened with the situation created by the Houthi movement, as well as the high volume of violations of the militias linked to Iran against civilians until he decided to leave.

Mocha was his preferred destination for emigration to escape from the dirty methods of the Houthis, and to search for work in an organization, driven by the confidence that his academic qualifications and English language strength enhanced.

Several months passed while trying to win a job, and he did not leave an advertisement on the Internet unless he applied in the hope of winning that job, but he did not succeed in any of them, but he reached the conviction that this can only be achieved by those who had strong mediation.

The blockage of his prospects for obtaining a job in an organization led him to think about engaging in security, despite the fact that soldiering was never among his top interests.

However, his short experience in the ranks of the security forces was exhausting and not commensurate with his talents and aspirations, and he is seriously considering leaving it in the hope of getting a job away from all that fatigue.
