France condemns Houthi attack on Saudi Aramco oil facility

France condemned, on Wednesday, the attack on an Aramco oil facility in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Jeddah on November 23, which was adopted by the Houthis.
The French Foreign Ministry said, in a statement, that the attack, which targeted civilian infrastructure, in violation of international law, undermines the current efforts to bring peace, attacks the security of the Kingdom and destabilizes the region.
It added: There is no way to end the conflict and put an end to the suffering of the Yemeni people, except through the cessation of hostilities and the resumption of discussions in order to reach a comprehensive political agreement in Yemen.
France reaffirms its full support for the efforts made in this regard by the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Martin Griffiths. According to the statement
