Mawza .. The decline in currency and food prices is steady

Foreign exchange rates decreased significantly, but food prices remained unchanged in Mawza District.
Citizens told NewsYemen that the decline in exchange rates was a joy for them, but when they went on the second day to buy foodstuffs, they were surprised that it maintained its old prices.
They said that the prices remained disappointed, and that the possibility of changing their condition became impossible in the absence of supervision.
The citizen, Faisal Ali, said that the prices are still the same, especially the prices of foodstuffs, which have not kept pace with the decline in the dollar against the Yemeni riyal.
He added that the prices of food and supplies did not witness a decline in line with the decline, as we see when the price of the dollar rose.
As for citizen Saeed Kulaib, he believes that the absence of supervision and the absence of businessmen's conscience makes traders manipulate prices as they like.
For his part, Mohamed Fattini says that some traders are mourned by the drop in the price of foreign currencies, even though the prices are still the same.
Adeeb Al-Awda called on the Directorate of Industry and Trade to conduct a field campaign, with the need for citizens to interact with it by submitting complaints to those who do not adhere to the new prices.
