UNMHA expresses its concern over the recurring civilian casualties in the Thabit Brotherhood Complex in Hodeidah

The United Nations Mission to Support the Hodeidah Agreement (UNMHA) expressed its concern about the recurrence of civilian casualties in the Thabit Brotherhood Industrial Complex in Hodeidah Governorate.
"The attacks affect livelihoods and undermine civilian protection," it said in a statement.
It called on the "parties to the conflict" to abide by the terms of the ceasefire agreement signed in December 2018.
On Monday, the Houthi militia targeted the Thabit Brotherhood compound with artillery shelling, wounding five workers, two of them in critical condition, while the bombing caused more severe damage to the production lines after days of maintaining parts of them as a result of previous Houthi attacks.
